What will your project cost ??? the initial visit - meet the customer at the jobsite to provide a bid for the cost of the job. Providing the bid is free.

Rates :

$ 200 per hour Backhoe with operator the time clock begins when I arrive at the jobsite. If the job requires a flat final grade , then I can do a rough laser level of the final grade, that clock time is included on your bid. Tough Iron will get your final grade pretty close to being where you need it. remember though, every customer has different standards, so every customer is expected to complete their final grade to fit their standards. all bids are final.

Rain -

as the new soil and gravel receives rain, that ground will settle and become more compacted. some of the settling can be done by the customer if they rent a compactor. Tough Iron is not responsible for soil settling or rain erosion. The best way to prevent erosion is with grass. If the customer wants topsoil and grass, those arrangement must be coordinated by the customer. Tough Iron can roughly spread out your topsoil if you would like to pay for that service. a backhoe can spread DRY topsoil into many small piles. WET topsoil spreads very poorly and ends up in a few large piles. each pile of topsoil will require the customer to rake and shovel that topsoil to fit their standards. grass seed and watering the grass are not included on any Tough Iron bid. If the customer intends to alter the existing contract to meet an unexpected situation, then a new contract could be possibly agreed upon between the two parties involved.
